Creation of Green Corners in the School

The 2nd Primary School of Potamos Germasogeias B utilized funds from the “Tiganokinisi” program to purchase plants and mastic trees for the school park. In the school park area, where aromatic herbs had previously been destroyed, five large mastic trees were planted.

The aim of this environmental action was to green the school space and create shaded areas for the children. An automatic irrigation system was also installed to water the trees.

In addition, the school acquired lantanas, which were planted in the central school yard to create a green corner.
