2nd Primary School of Potamos Germasogeias B
The 2nd Primary School of Potamos Germasogeias used funding from the Tiganokinisi programme to plant flowers and enhance the school environment. The students of Grade 3 decided that the front garden at the school entrance needed improvement, and therefore planted flowers.
The school’s environmental action focuses on beautifying the school garden with plants that belong to the Mediterranean flora and on encouraging students to care for them.
The children will take responsibility for maintaining the newly planted flowers, which are species adapted to the Mediterranean climate.
