Στις 30 του Οκτωβρη επισκεφτήκαμε το Γυμνάσιο Αγίου Βασιλείου ενώ στις 31 βρεθήκαμε στο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Αγίου Βασιλείου (Κ.Α). Με μεγάλη χαρά διαπιστώσαμε πως οι μαθητές στο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Αγίου Βασιλείου ήταν πολύ καλά ενημερωμένοι για πολλά περιβαλλοντικά ζητήματα και αξίζουν θερμά συγχαρητήρια στους δασκάλους τους.
Παράλληλα, είχαμε τη χαρά να έχουμε και τη Chevron μαζί μας, χορηγό του καραβανιού, για να δει από κοντά την εκπαιδευτική μονάδα του προγράμματος της Τηγανοκίνησης. Η επίσκεψη τους ενίσχυσε τη σημασία και την αναγνώριση του έργου που επιτελείται, ενθαρρύνοντας τόσο εμάς όσο και τους μαθητές να συνεχίσουμε τη δράση μας για το περιβάλλον!

On October 30th, we visited the Gymnasium of Agios Vasileios, and on the 31st we were at the Primary School of Agios Vasileios (K.A). We were very pleased to observe that the students at the Primary School of Agios Vasilios were very well-informed about many environmental issues, and their teachers deserve great praise for this.
We were also pleased to have Chevron, the caravan’s sponsor, join us to witness firsthand the educational unit of the Tiganokinisi program. Their visit highlighted the importance and recognition of the work being carried out, motivating both us and the students to continue our efforts for the environment!
