Η Τηγανοκίνηση αρχίζει το ταξίδι της στη Λεμεσό και αυτή τη χρονιά, ξεκινώντας με το Δημοτικό και το Γυμνάσιο Λινόπετρας, το Β’ Δημοτικό Σχολείο Αγίου Αθανασίου, το Νηπιαγωγείο Αγίου Αθανασίου και το Αθηναΐδειο Γυμνάσιο Καθολικής.
Όλα τα σχολεία υποδέχτηκαν με χαρά το καραβάνι της Τηγανοκίνησης. Στο Γυμνάσιο Λινόπετρας, ωστόσο, ο καιρός δεν ήταν σύμμαχος μας, καθώς η βροχή δεν μας επέτρεψε να πραγματοποιήσουμε την παρουσίαση στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Έτσι συνεχίσαμε μέσα στην τάξη, όπου τα παιδιά συμμετείχαν με το ίδιο ενδιαφέρον και ενθουσιασμό.
Επιπλέον, εκεί είδαμε μια αφίσα για την κλιματική αλλαγή και τις επιπτώσεις της στο κυπριακό περιβάλλον. Είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό τα παιδιά να έρχονται σε επαφή με τέτοια θέματα και να ενημερώνονται, καθώς έτσι καλλιεργείται η περιβαλλοντική τους συνείδηση και η κατανόηση των προκλήσεων που αντιμετωπίζει ο τόπος μας.
Tiganokinisi begins its journey in Limassol as well this year, starting with the Linopetra Primary School and Gymnasium, the B’ Saint Athanasios Primary school, the Agios Athanasios Kindergarten and the Athinaideio Katholiki Gymnasium.
All the schools warmly welcomed the Tiganokinisi caravan. At Linopetra Gymnasium, however, the weather was not on our side, as the rain did not allow us to carry out the presentation outdoors. We therefore continued inside the classroom, where the children participated with the same interest and enthusiasm.
In addition, there we noticed a poster about climate change and its impacts on the Cypriot environment. It is particularly important for children to be exposed to such topics and stay informed, as this helps cultivate their environmental awareness and their understanding of the challenges our country is facing.
